Add transition to Pagination buttons just like other Bootstrap buttons

Declared the following Sass variables in the scss/_variables.scss file-

  1. $pagination-transition which is identical to $btn-transition
  2. $pagination-focus-color which is identical to $pagination-hover-color
  3. $pagination-focus-bg which is identical to $pagination-hover-bg

Made corresponding changes to the .page-link class in the scss/_pagination.scss file
