Use different prefix for docs-specific CSS classes?

bs-* is quite prone to be confused as being part of Bootstrap itself. Switching to e.g. docs-* (or whatever) would make it more obvious that these classes are docs-specific and not part of Bootstrap. X-Ref: #12609 (closed) & many others /cc @mdo
