Rename `table` -> `collection`

Problem:

The dashboard API relies on a constant called TABLE_ATTRIBUTES. There has been confusion over what this means, with people mistaking table as referring to database tables.

Solution:

  • Rename TABLE_ATTRIBUTES -> COLLECTION_ATTRIBUTES
  • Rename _table partial to _collection
  • Rename Administrate::Page::Table -> ::Collection
