V450 Nano recognized and works, but shows up as "?(1011)"

I got a "V450 Nano Cordless Laser Mouse for Notebooks" - http://www.logitech.com/en-us/support/4335?crid=398.
It is properly recognized and works in Solaar 0.9.1 (Debian 7), it uses an older Nano receiver (not the unifying receiver) which is identified correctly. However the mouse itself shows up only as "?(1011)". The power button is on the bottom.
This seems entirely cosmetic - the mouse works exactly as expected other than not having its name shown properly.
Output of solaar-cli show -v Unifying Receiver Device path : /dev/hidraw3 USB id : 046d:c526 Serial : E39FA47F Firmware : 05.00.B0023 Has 1 paired device(s) out of a maximum of 1 . Notifications: 0x000100 = wireless

The "Unpair" button is gray, battery status seems OK, wireless link is reported OK (offline or not encrypted).
