Steps to Reproduce
TypeScript {paths} in {compilerOptions} are not working.
- Clone cra-workspaces#cra-2

yarn installat the root cd apps/crayarn start
Expected Behavior
CRA should resolve the modules listed in {paths}.
Actual Behavior
CRA cannot resolve the modules listed in {paths}.
