Error converting file:D:\Coding\JAVASCRIPT\recless\out\4fpsRecording.mkv. Exiting.

To Reproduce enter command: python video_to_slomo.py --ffmpeg D:\Coding\JAVASCRIPT\recless\ffmpeg\windows\ffmpeg.exe --video D:\Coding\JAVASCRIPT\recless\out\4fpsRecording.mkv --sf 15 --checkpoint D:\Coding\JAVASCRIPT\recless\superslowmo\SuperSloMo.ckpt --fps 60 --output D:\Coding\JAVASCRIPT\recless\out\60fpsRecording.mkv

Context: As you can see I am trying to boost the fps of a 4fps video (in .mkv format) to 60fps (also in .mkv format)
