Skipped heading levels on article pages

"Related Posts" and "Join us on GitHub" are h3s. They should be updated to use h2s to ensure heading levels aren't skipped on article pages.

While we're at it, we should update "Related Posts" to adhere to our new styleguide and lowercase "posts".
