[java][okhttp-gson] Complex values in form data get serialized as JSON instead of String

In the current generator for Java with okhttp-gson only File and List<File> parts were supported for multipart/form-data values. All other types were serialized to String. With the changes in this PR also Object and List<Object> types will be supported and serialized as JSON.

  • File the PR against the correct branch: master (6.1.0) (minor release - breaking changes with fallbacks), 7.0.x (breaking changes without fallbacks)
  • If your PR is targeting a particular programming language, @mention the technical committee members, so they are more likely to review the pull request.
