[kotlin-server][jaxrs-spec] Remove obsolete imports from API template

Remove obsolete imports from kotlin-server/libraries/jaxrs-spec/api.mustache. These two removed Java imports are not used but trigger warnings by the Kolin compiler.

[WARNING] This class shouldn't be used in Kotlin. Use kotlin.collections.Map or kotlin.collections.MutableMap instead.
