Turns python-legacy CI back on in circle, fixes python-legacy test python-legacy testing was no longer active on PR circleCI It is on on master branch CI and we saw a master branch failure at: https://app.travis-ci.com/github/OpenAPITools/openapi-generator/builds/244792765 @Amelia0193 @wing328

This PR is a fix for a test failure introduced in: https://github.com/OpenAPITools/openapi-generator/pull/11140

  • File the PR against the correct branch: master (5.3.0), 6.0.x
  • If your PR is targeting a particular programming language, @mention the technical committee members, so they are more likely to review the pull request.
