[JAVA] Fix Hashmap import issue when generateAliasAsModel set to true

fix #10848

Before the fix Hashmap is not imported causing error when set generateAliasAsModel=true After the fix, Hashmap will be imported.

not sure if this is the best way to fix it. But jesery client also uses the same method. https://github.com/openapitools/openapi-generator/blob/master/modules/openapi-generator/src/main/resources/Java/libraries/jersey2/model.mustache#L21-L22
