Refactor the component manager

• Consider organizing components in hierarchies, or at least allow that option.
  • Instead of loading xss, or sqli_blind_timing switch to audit/xss and audit/sqli/blind/timing. Furthermore, allow specifying directories to load, so if audit/sqli is provided, load everything under that directory.
